Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer exchanges for items within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Follow these steps to initiate an exchange or return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to our returns address

Once we receive your return:

• Inspection: 2-3 business days
• Refund processing: 5-7 business days
• Exchange shipping: 3-5 business days
